On this Seasonal foundation- learn to live a Yoaly life course we’ll take you on a journey that will leave you feeling fitter and healthier with the knowledge you need to maintain a full long-term practice in yoga & new Health Habbits .
You’ll also gain an understanding of different yoga pastures how to do them and how to support your own body and organs. Our Home Health Habits will give you access to a new energy and immunity, allowing you to feel a new lease of life.

Meet Your Trainers
Author, yoga teacher, and co-director of the Seasonal Yoga Teacher training school. She has been a fitness trainer/presenter since the early 1980s.
As well as teaching, training yoga teachers, she also has an online education business, lectures on Seasonal living.
Claire is dedicated to providing the highest quality individual and group personal training services
