I know for sure that I will be “ referencing and using this material
both myself and my students every season and every year from now on. I love the material and of course the more you put it into practice and revisit it year on year, the more you learn and absorb. There is so much information you have provided – I love it

Absolutely fantastic course with equally fantastic guidance and support from Julie (and Graeme…!) I am loving it. The amount of time and effort that has gone in to the content of this course is amazing. OmYoga Magazine were definitely correct when they named this one of the best online courses!

Alexandra

As a 500 hour teacher I found the course enjoyable, interesting and useful. And the support I got from the Seasonal Yoga team was excellent. The course has benefitted me both in terms of my personal development and as a teacher. I have several extra strings to my bow! I now teach Season- al Yoga in all my classes and my stu- dents love it.

Looking to Retain your Clients?  Seasonal Yoga can help

Want to learn how to captivate your clients by being totally unique and have them coming back for more week after week?

Overview

These courses are for those who already teach Yoga or those who would like to go deeper on their Yoga journey.  As part of these courses you will learn the Seasonal aspects of each of the seasons:

  • Seasonal Yin – covers the seasons of Late Sumer, Autumn and Winter
  • Seasonal Yang – covers the seasons of Spring, Early Summer and Summer

1. We can teach you how to increase your business by 40% – 50% just by retaining your existing clients and helping you double  your turnover

You know your students best so why are they leaving your class? Are you sometimes bored teaching them the same old sequence of posture flows and do you feel your students may find your delivery and material a little boring?  Do they feel you are missing that certain something and you would relish some guidance on how to inspire your students to remain with you?  Do you feel like you need a little flash of inspiration every time you teach?

Don’t fear! When we had been teaching for a while we felt exactly the same way too!  But we’re fortunate to have discovered what it was about our content and our delivery that we could change to both inspire our students and to be inspiring to others!   And the results have been amazing and our students love it!  And we’d love to share with you how to adjust your content and delivery to achieve the same results!

2. Would you like to learn about the Seasonal Yoga System and why its retention levels are so high?

There are so many aspects to our approach – teaching asana, lifestyle, emotion, balancing energy appropriate for each week of the season to name a few, so we developed this course to share our knowledge and findings with you. Our Seasonal Information can help you and your students to feel more in balance with life and more in harmony with Nature. Soon your students will be asking you to teach them more because it’s just making them feel better, feel more energetic and having more energy.

3. How much of your time would you invest to change your life around?

Don’t worry! Because we know time as a yoga teacher is limited we have made this course in small sections, accessible online and available at any time and from any where you can get connected.  A lot of the teaching points are factual information you can teach in your class immediately. As you learn your knowledge and understanding of the Seasons will build. As you practice and teach you will see how everything falls into place naturally and when you reach that key ‘Aha!’ moment the system will become easier to digest and you’ll actually start to develop your own ideas based on what we’ve opened up to you. Your students will really enjoy and benefit from your learning experience and you’ll become inspired to help them more

An Introduction to the Seasonal Yoga Seasons

This time of year is March/April/May with the 21st the official first day of Spring (UK). The energy of Spring, like sap rising, is forceful, determined to rise and move forward, yet remaining supple and flexible like a tree’s ability to bend in the wind, secure in its strong roots. Linked organs are Liver and Gallbladder

This time of year is May/June starting 21st May. Early Summer is about connection, connective tissue and connecting. The secondary part of the Fire element, considered to be more preparation for the full potential of Summer. Linked organs are Pericardium and Triple Heater

This time of year is June/July/August with the first day of Summer being the 21st of June. With the energy of Fire, Summer likes to be spontaneous, vibrant, active, and expressive; it loves to communicate and disperse its energy. The linked organs are the Heart and Small Intestine

This time of year is September / October. Late Summer is for returning to and operating from, with a strong sense of centre and self-worth. Like the soil feeding us and the ground locating us in space, the Earth element imparts stability, the power to think, nurture and sustain. The linked organs are Stomach and Spleen

This time of year is November/December starting 21st October (normally 22/23 of September!). Autumn’s element is Metal, a time of consolidation; keeping hold of value and letting go. Metal has the capacity to shape/refine with high principles, values and expectations. The organs are Lung and Large Intestine

This time of year is January/February starting the 21st of December. The Water element has the capacity to withdraw, repair, rejuvenate, concentrate, conserve and listen. It gives us time to discover our hidden depths and the source of our inherited intelligence. The linked organs are Kidney and Bladder

Learning with Seasonal Yoga makes Perfect Sense

At Seasonal Yoga we  Teach in Harmony with Nature and the Season around us by changing our teaching content to match the Season we are in. We use this to resonate with our surroundings and to come back to balance.  It’s therefore important that you study the material in-Season or just slightly before the Season begins. You should also be aware of how Nature around you changes. If March comes around, but there’s still snow on the ground, then stay with the Winter Season Teachings.  If the leaves on the trees start to change colour mid July then consider moving into Late Summer.  The more attention you bring to the natural flow of Nature and Life around you the more your instincts will naturally tell you when it’s time to change.

We’re also firm believers that Summer is a good time for high-energy classes but Winter’s a time for a more restorative, contemplative practice.  It just makes sense to follow Nature around you as it sleeps and recovers, preparing  for the start of a new Spring to push forth new growth, that we should too.
